Founder

Ai takes great pride in assisting small business owners, especially medical practices, to streamline their operations, allowing them to focus on what truly matters and achieve sustainable growth.

Ai applies Lean principles to Business and Medical Practices management to reduce costs, eliminate wastes, boost efficiency, and ultimately increase profits by refining workflows and implementing continuous improvement.

Ai has 28 years of experience in manufacturing, global supply chain, and healthcare at the international level. She was responsible for the operations of manufacturing groups with more than 4,000 employees and medical practices with nearly 100 clinicians before founding her consulting business.

Ai holds an MBA at Apollos University, CA. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC-USA).
